When a standard is revised, certified organisations get a transition window — and a transition course covers what changed, what the auditor will newly ask, and what to update first. When a team has drifted from its own procedures, a refresher brings everyone back to the same page before the surveillance visit does it less kindly.
Bespoke programmes are built to order: a supplier-audit course for a procurement team, a documentation clinic for a new quality manager, an integrated-systems overview for leadership. Tell us the audience and the gap, and we put the course together.
