What we collect
Only what you send us. That means the name, email address, phone number, country and message you enter into a form on this site, together with the standards or services you selected. We do not buy contact data or gather it from anywhere else.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a written quotation and stay in touch about the engagement you asked about. If you asked to see documentation or to book a session, we use your details to arrange it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Who can see it
Our consultants and the administrative staff who support them. Where a project involves an associate working in your market, they see only what they need in order to respond to you. Form submissions are held by our website host purely to deliver them to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need it for the certification cycle you asked about. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to retain a record.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to erase it. Write to experts@mscincorporation.com and a person, not an autoresponder, will deal with it. If you are in a jurisdiction with its own data protection law, your rights under that law apply.
Live chat
The chat window in the corner of this site is operated by tawk.to, who process the conversation on our behalf. Opening a page loads their software, which sets its own cookies and records the pages you visit so a conversation can be continued. Anything you type into the chat is stored by them and readable by our consultants. If you would rather not be included, block cookies for tawk.to in your browser; the rest of the site works without it.
Cookies
We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising trackers. Your chosen country and language may be remembered so the site opens the way you left it. The live chat described above sets its own cookies, which are the only third-party cookies on this site.
