Management System Compliance Incorporation grew out of QMCS in Gurgaon, India, and has spent three decades helping organisations of every size understand what a standard requires, implement it properly, and keep the records that prove it.
What we do
Standards are written to apply to every organisation, which is why they rarely tell you what to do in yours. We translate the requirement into your processes, your documents and your people's daily work - then prepare you for an independent audit against it. We consult and train; certification itself is awarded by an accredited certification body, and that separation is what makes the preparation worth doing.
Who we are
MSCi is Management System Compliance Incorporation
Four letters are shared by unrelated organisations in other industries — index providers, software firms, trade bodies. None of them are us. If you are looking for management system consulting, this is a management system consultancy, and it is the whole of what we do.
- Management system
- The processes your organisation actually runs on: how work is planned, who decides, what is recorded, and what happens when something goes wrong. Every organisation has one. A standard is a description of what a competent version of it contains.
- Compliance
- The distance between those processes and what the standard requires. Some of that distance is real; most of it is evidential — the control exists, everybody uses it, and nothing written down would prove it to an auditor who arrives on a Tuesday.
- Incorporation
- The ordinary word. We are a company whose consultants do this as their occupation, across India, Mongolia, Australia, Nigeria, South Africa, the United States and beyond — not a certification body, because the organisation that builds a management system must never be the one that certifies it.

Our work is led by an auditor with more than forty years in this industry — four decades spent on both sides of the table, building management systems and auditing them, across quality, environment, health and safety, food safety and information security.
En-route Perfection
Perfection as a direction of travel rather than a destination reached. A management system that was perfect on audit day and untouched afterwards is worth very little; one that improves every quarter is worth a great deal. The certificate marks a point on the route, not the end of it — which is why the work carries on through surveillance and recertification.
