A one-day working introduction: what the standard is for, what it changes about the attendee's own day, what an auditor will look for, and why the records exist. No clause-by-clause recitation — the course follows a working day through the management system rather than the standard's table of contents.
Awareness training is usually the first engagement of an implementation and the cheapest: it can be run for any number of staff at once, online or at your site, and it converts the system from something the quality manager owns into something everybody recognises.
Run against any standard we consult on — ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000 and the rest — and against integrated systems as one combined session.
